On 19 December 2018 the Myanmar/Burma country report in the 2018 Landmine Monitor Report Global Report was presented to the Myanmar Press at a Press Conference in Yangon.
Hard copies of the report, in Burmese language were available to journalists.
The Myanmar/Burma country report is one country report within the Landmine Monitor Global Report. The Global Report was released 3 weeks previously, on 26 November 2018 at the Meeting of States Parties to the Mine Ban Treaty, in Geneva.
The event in Yangon was attended by approximately 48 journalists from the print and broadcast media as well as the international press.
